On Saturday, April 25, 2015, the Marine Corps will conduct a Career Fair &
Regional IRR Muster at the Enlisted Club Auditorium, on the Marine Corps
Base in Hawaii. This is an excellent opportunity for you and your
organization to make direct contact with hundreds of Reserve Marines and
their families. This event is funded by the Marine Corps Reserve and is
absolutely free for vendors to attend, to include parking. All participating
vendors will receive one 6ft table and two chairs for use. We currently have
the ability to host about 30 vendors, so participation will be contingent on
your RSVP. As such, please contact me at your earliest convenience to
reserve your company's table.
Who: Veteran Friendly Employers and Veteran Support/Assistance Organizations
What: Career Fair/Regional Marine Corps IRR Muster. Note: After completion
of their active-duty or Selected Marine Corps Reserve time, some Marines
transition into the Individual Ready Reserve where their responsibilities
are to remain ready for duty and to attend annual Musters. An essential
part of IRR Musters is the Career Fair.
When: Saturday, April 25th, 10am-3pm, vendors must be set up by 9am
Where: Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Enlisted Club Auditorium, Building 1629
Why: To support veterans employment and assistance
Due to the Muster taking place on a Marine Corps Base, I will need the full
names of everyone attending in your group, along with the driver's license
information (DL number and State) to provide to the base PMO, before the
event.
