Testimonial - June 26th 2012

Military-Civilian Service
Just one link that we send the job postings to, how they can get viewed by so many viewer with just one email and how jobs can get matched up with potential candidates

Good Morning,

I thank you for sharing all of these job postings.  With electronic job postings, we are easily able to distribute among our clients via e-mail.  We have over 200 veterans, spouses and DOD clients on our e-mail distribution list, as well as, four other veterans representatives in the metro area that we share these listings with.  All together, these jobs reach over 1000 military veterans, spouses and DOD members in our metro community who are currently seeking employment.

I also thank you for receiving and forwarding resumes of qualified candidates to the recruiters/hiring officials for consideration.  Before posting each job out on our distro list, I try to match potential clients based on their skills sets to current job openings in the area.  I believe this is a much better way for employers to screen through applicants than to just post jobs on job search engines such as indeed.com.  Our method offers a smaller, more qualified pool of candidates to choose from and are all somehow related to the military, whether veteran, spouse, dependent or DOD civilian; several candidates being dual vet and spouse and many 30% or more disabled vets.

I appreciate your continuing support to our Army Employment Readiness Program and hope that together, we can help our military have a smooth transition into their civilian careers.
