The National Capital Region Benefits Office, Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment (VR&E) Division would like to request your attendance at the first SEI (Special Employer Incentive) fair.  We will have several private sector employers at this SEI fair and would love for you to attend with the desire to obtain employment within the private sector.  An SEI is a full time employment opportunity within a private sector company and/or organization for veterans that have been facing extraordinary obstacles in gaining employment.  We (VR&E) reimburse the company and/or organization up to 50% of the veteran’s salary during the SEI program.  We utilize the SEI program as a mechanism to assist our veterans with overcoming barriers to employment.

The room we are utilizing for the SEI fair can only accommodate 30 veterans.

The SEI fair will afford the veterans the opportunity to:

Understand how the SEI program works within the Private Sector.
