RESPONSIBILITIES For Senior Manager, Sales – Enterprise
Participate in an aggressive, entrepreneurial group engaged in managing and leading business development and sales activities with Fortune 500 firms, scholastic institutions, NGOs, and government organizations. Engage prospects to educate, design and deliver a Travel Risk Management program in support of their travelers and expatriates (including employees, students, volunteers, contractors and/or dependents.)
Deliver results in direct sales to businesses and government agencies
Utilize a blend of events, networking and cold calling for generation of qualified sales leads
Interact across client’s relevant departments (Security, HR, Risk Management and others) to define and deliver optimal travel risk management solutions
Set direction for prospect communications: proposals, sales support documents and other client-facing materials
Work directly with other internal functional areas to support potential clients and partners
Understand existing sales and marketing strategies; identify strengths and weaknesses and which strategies generate revenue
Domestic and international travel required

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS For Senior Manager, Sales – Enterprise
5+ years of enterprise sales experience with 100% or greater attainment
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Strong Expertise in:
o Client needs identification
o Solutions selling
o Closing expertise
o Contract negotiation skills
Highly energetic and motivated to succeed
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Efficient time management and organizational skills
CRM experience; Microsoft Office Suite experience
Experience in the medical or security assistance, military/intelligence or other related fields is a plus.
