Job Description: • Complete monthly journal entries and general ledger closing process for two corporate entities
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations for the two corporate entities
• Reconcile and balance intercompany accounts
•
Assist in the monthly consolidation process including uploading
templates to the Hyperion Financial and reviewing exception reports
• Assist in the budgeting process including uploading templates to Hyperion, reviewing exception reports and analysis
•
Assist in compiling underlying support for external financial reporting
including documentation for the year-end audit process
• Apply account codes and review invoices and expense reports
• Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation for Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance
• Assist in other ad-hoc analysis projects
