Knowledge International – Land Force G1/AG (Personnel) NEEDED ASAP

Knowledge International based out of Alexandria, VA is tasked with putting together an assessment team which will conduct a capabilities assessment (CBA) of the operational readiness and organizational effectiveness of the United Arab Emirates Land Forces. The team will not only assess those areas within the immediate control of the land forces commander, but also assess those areas outside the land forces that impact land force capability.

Directing the CBA is recently retired Lieutenant General Thomas Turner II, USA Army and 7 additional Command Advisors. KI is currently seeking a G1 (Personnel) Command Advisor for the project, and the job description and qualifications are as follows:

Land Force G1/AG (Personnel) (NEEDED ASAP)

Former Army O-5, 6, 7 DIV G1/J1 and/or PSB Commander. Advises on the development of personnel programs required to support operations; develops forecast for predicting personnel requirements; develops personnel support strategies for all land forces capabilities to include those allocated to reserve forces; coordinates personnel for vacancies; develops programs for improving recruitment and retention. The most ideal candidate will have a progressive career as a G1/AG Officer, and experience with one of the Pentagon or Joint Staff organizations before retirement.

Below is a brief outline on the terms, procedures, and pay for this project.

Compensation is based on a formula that takes a daily rate, adds the non-taxable per diem of $160.00, and also adds in a 10% bonus.

That total comes out to $1,000 a day for your offer.

You will be paid at the end of every month beginning on June 1st, and you will be paid that $1,000/day rate for the total number of days you are on the project.

You will be paid the per diem in a separate check at the end (that is non-taxable).

There is also a bonus that will be paid out if you finish the contract.

If for some reason you decide to leave early (before the end of the contract) you would not earn the bonus portion (-10%).

It is our intention to at some point before the termination of the assessment contract (4 months) to offer an opportunity for full time employment for a period of two years (through the implementation) and hope that you will consider staying on when that offer is made

Qualified and interested candidates can submit their resume to Anthony via email at Anthony@knowledgeintllc.us and qualified candidates will be contacted to discuss the opportunity more in depth. Candidates that are deemed to be a fit and interested will be scheduled for a call with KI’s Managing Director, COL (ret.) Dan Monahan to discuss details, and submitted to LGT Turner ASAP for consideration.

For those individuals not interested in the opportunity, please feel free to forward this information along to anyone that might be interested or qualified for this opportunity.
