We need qualified, screened candidates that are available by 8am tomorrow morning.

Candidates must live in Germany. If you are a super-star outside that area you will have to relocate yourself to the area near the worksite (Ponzer-Kaserne, Germany).

Each candidate must pass as a "Public Trust" - essentially a background check via Standard Form 85P, and must qualify for SECRET, if needed later.
Secret or Top Secret Clearances are preferred, but not required for employment consideration.

With an additional 2 years experience you may forego the bachelor's degree.

Job Title: Network Engineer

Task Description
Assist in the design, development, execution, and maintenance of infrastructure systems that enable and support business and/or engineering functions and to meet certification and accreditation requirements.
Assist the Government in validating infrastructure design and providing IT service and support.  
Assist in planning and execution of USMC Network regionalization construct.  
Provide inputs to deployment plans for a new or expansion to existing network architecture.  
Provide day-to-day support activities required to provide end-to-end monitoring, administration, and maintenance for the USMC IT network at a specified location.

Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, other closely related discipline, or equivalent with 8 years experience of which a minimum of 4 years must be specialized in systems analysis, design analysis, programming, integration, documentation, or test and evaluation.

Job Title: Site Technical Lead

Task Description
Provide 24/7 Network monitoring and reporting.  Responsible for tracking individual efforts on the technical team and will report to the RNOSC designated POC within a specified period of time for significant network events.
Report status back to the RNOSC designated representative.  
Assist the Government in ensuring continuity of information and status throughout the effort.
The contractor shall staff various RNOSCs and MITSCs with multi-skilled personnel able to operate and maintain the network management and information architecture at each respective site.

Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business, management, other closely related discipline or equivalent with 4 years experience, of which a minimum of 1 year must be specialized in managing projects, contracts, funds, and resources at the division level.
