Boots to Shoes Foundation is a non-profit private operating foundation, engaging mentors to work with 21st century Veterans, as they transition to civilian employment. Program elements include Mentors, reflecting professions such as Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Information Technology, Entrepreneurs, Alternative Energy; Mock Interviews where Veterans get to practice their interview skills and receive feedback to increase their effectiveness: Business Panel Discussions so Veterans hear first hand hear first hand skills and certifications needed for specific industries. Our program is free to 21st century veterans, serving all branches of the military in the Puget Sound Region.
