Testimonial 4/4/17- getting the word out

Good morning Ms. Jensen,

I would like to introduce myself as a member of the Private-Public-Partnership (P3) Team at Ft. Belvoir, VA.  As a member of the P3 Team, I work on behalf of the Chief of the United States Army Reserves (USAR) in an effort to increase the overall readiness of Soldiers in order to support crucial initiatives in times of peace and war.  The U.S. Army Reserve created the P3 Office to facilitate strategic and mutually beneficial relationships with employers, universities, and organizations to
ensure comprehensive support for Soldier readiness.

As a member of the P3 Cyber Initiative, I work to coordinate critical training and employment opportunities to members of the Army Reserves.  As the Intelligence/Signal SSME I seek to develop relationships with Employers and University Partners to facilitate a strategic and mutually beneficial
relationships within the Intelligence, Cyber, Signal and Information Technology fields.

As such, I'm seeking to establish a working relationship with Military-Civilian Recruiters to provide resumes for review for the potential hiring of U.S. Army Reserves, Veterans, spouses and dependents.  If a relationship can be developed and prove to be mutually beneficial, resumes
of trained and cleared Army Reserve soldiers will be submitted for your consideration as available.  P3 could also support Military-Civilian "Hot Jobs" employment efforts.

Thank you,

Michael A. W
