INSTRUMENT TECHNICIAN - Is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of all electronic equipment.

The Essential Functions of this position are listed below:
1. Maintain and repair hydraulic equipment and other equipment as required.
2. Follow PM standards as set by the manufacturers and Company procedures.
3. Inspect equipment for faults, report and set up schedule for repair or maintenance.
4. Maintain stock of supplies, tools and equipment in the hydraulic workshop.
5. Responsible for reporting changes to equipment such as moving or rerouting hoses, line, pumps, etc. Reporting includes changing drawings and schematics, handover to relief and notification to interested parties.
6. Follow Company policy in completing Task Based Risk Assessment, to Permit to Work System and Log Out/Tag Out procedures.
7. Participate in Company sponsored safety initiatives and perform work in a safe and efficient manner.
8. Observe, report and take action to correct any unsafe conditions, equipment failures or any other faults that could result in injury to personnel, work stoppage, environmental events or damage to the drilling unit.
9. Knowledge emergency duties and participate in safety drills as required.
10. Complete training for matrix position.
Minimum/Preferred Qualifications are:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prefer 3 years on the job, formal training in hydraulics theory and application.

Planate Management Group and a leading Afghan Logistics company are jointly seeking a Business Developer of Logistics to join their staff in Kabul, Afghanistan. Open until filled
Duties Include:
Perform as the Business Developer for Logistics. Assist in strategy, communications, marketing, and leadership.
Act as key interface with US Government, military service for logistics functions, other international logistics functions, and other multinational prime contractors.
Attend key meetings in Kabul to include industry discussions and other International contracting forums.
Assist in strategy, communications, marketing and leadership.
Act as key interface with US government, military service logistics functions, other international logistics functions, and other multinational prime contractors.
Attend key meetings in Kabul to include industry discussions and other International contracting forums.
Assist in proposal writing, estimates and coordination with PMG and other US agents.
Assist the CEO of Afghan firm in understanding multinational processes and formulate constructive strategies to increase revenue and quality.
Comfort traveling (mostly via MilAir) to various Afghan bases/FOBs to interface with clients.
Qualifications:Former US Marine Corps, Army or Navy logistics expert with at least 4+ year’s experience in theater.

Team builder and mentor for multinational workforce
Acceptance of the current security situation in Afghanistan

Be able to hold a security clearance if required
Preferred Qualifications:
Former retired senior enlisted with relevant experience

The successful candidate will have at least 4+ years active duty experience in increasingly responsible roles and leadership training is highly preferred. Any candidate exhibiting logistics, distribution or warehousing experience will be given preference. Squad, Section or Platoon leadership experience is highly desirable. This position will require a demonstrated track record of success in coaching and developing a team, achieving results and leading change. These are 2nd shift positions requiring 50-55 hours per week. Salary range is $45-52 doe.
Qualifications: Strong attention to detail. Demonstrated people skills and passion for leading and mentoring in a team environment. Past experience managing a team of 15-20 people. Strong oral and written communication skills; Excellent soft skills. Computer skills: Intermediate with warehouse management systems, Word, Excel, and payroll/personnel systems a plus. A min. of 2 years of supervisory experience. H.S. Diploma or Equivalent. Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
