Ever active, Mr. Plaster also serves as the Editor-in-Chief , Foreign Area Officer Association Journal of International Affairs (FAOJIA) . This peer reviewed journal of the Foreign Area Officer Association (FAOA) serves to bring together thought leadership in the fields of intelligence, security cooperation, foreign military sales, stability operations, peacekeeping, diplomacy and geopolitical advisory expertise for the US Department of Defense, US government stakeholders and allied governments.
