We are currently seeking a Web Design/Graphic Artist to join our team of professionals supporting the Marine Corps Center for Lessons Learned
Job Duties / Responsibilities:
Provide front end web page development capability.
Work as part of a software lifecycle maintenance effort and as a Front End Developer and graphics artist, providing design, development, and implementation of web-based presentations and public web sites; participate in the design, development, and on-going enhancements to Marine Corps Center for Lesson Learned (MCCLL)-Lesson Management System (LMS) web application.
Assist the team with testing of product changes and review project requests to estimate time and cost required to accomplish projects.
Work as part of a project team to coordinate development and assist in determining project scope and limitations.
Maintain a document image library.
Maintain and improve the MCCLL style guidelines (branding).
Required Skills / Experience
5+ years’ experience in graphics and web development.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Applications (e.g Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat).
Proficient in Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
Proficient in HTML
Proficient in JavaScript
Proficient in MURA
Must work well in a team environment as well as independently; ability to work with the other technical members of the team to administer and support the overall program. Must exhibit good time management skills, independent decision making capability.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications or related discipline, or the equivalent experience is required.
Required Certifications
CompTIA Security + CE
Security Clearance Requirement
Active Secret Clearance Required
