The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to achieve its mission to make a difference in our neighbors’ lives.  This is accomplished by providing outstanding service to both internal and external members.  An important element of this outstanding service is identifying the financial needs of the member and effectively suggesting solutions that will improve the member’s financial life.  Additionally, under general direction of the SVP Business & Member Relations, the Member Relations Admin. is responsible for the administrative monitoring and strategic implementation of the organizations Relationship Pricing platform, deposits both consumer and business, Business Ancillary Products (RDC, ACH, Merchant) and the development, enhancement and implementation of Power-BI (Data & Daily Reports).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Regularly provides reports and updates to the Senior VP Business & Member Relations and other Credit Union departments or branches.
Regularly provides updates on Relationship Pricing which includes membership monitoring and works to enhance and grow the overall financial impact to the Credit Union.
Provides leadership, coaching, mentoring and training to all credit union employees in the areas of Relationship Pricing, Deposits, Business Ancillary products and the use of Power-BI.
Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining practices, controls and procedures which conform to and fulfill the financial objectives of the Credit Union.
Responsible for the strategic planning, annual budgeting and monthly monitoring of the organizations fee income (and cost of funds when applicable) for all deposit and business ancillary products.  This also includes the ODP (Overdraft Privilege) program.
Assists the SVP Business & Member Relations in establishing and attaining monthly and annual goals in the branches.  Examples to include Deposits, Non-Interest Fee Income and Business Ancillary Products.
Works in tandem with members of Leadership and other department heads to ensure a cohesive working environment between all departments and branches.
Assist in coordinating with vendors in developing, planning, preparing and implementing special projects.
Compiles and analyzes a variety of complex statistical reports and materials.
With the assistance of the Branch Managers and Relationship Managers, regularly visits branches, schedules and conducts meetings to educate and train employees on the opening of business accounts, business ancillary products and the use and functions of business online banking.
Identifies areas in need of improvement and recommends changes.
Assures that department and branch staff is knowledgeable and trained on all consumer and business deposit and ancillary products.
Monitors results and variances to established budget.  Regularly reports variances to the Senior VP Business & Member Relations.
With the assistance of the Education Department, schedules and conducts operational and product knowledge training for branch personnel as it relates to business deposit and ancillary products and services.
Works closely with MIS’s management to maintain, develop and revise policies, procedures, forms and worksheets pertaining to business products, services and processes.

Education and Experience:
A bachelors degree or equivalent knowledge of branch operational activities, sales practices and business as would normally be acquired from five or more years of increasingly responsible experience within a financial institution, or other related experience that may be relevant to or of benefit in a similar capacity. A proven track record of producing results in the areas of sales and member service.
