July 2019

Mondays, from July 8 - August 26, 2019
Resilient Family is an eight-week virtual program offered to spouses and caregivers of post 9/11 veterans and service members. If you can dedicate two hours a week, Hope For The Warriors’ trained facilitators will teach you empirically-proven resiliency and coping skills to invoke your body’s natural relaxation response. The goal is to give you the tools to effectively manage stress - both in the short and long term, to improve your overall quality of life and to do so with a group of your peers – fellow spouses and caregivers who understand the unique stressors you face.
Time: 7:00 PM EST
