As Lending Specialist CA, some of your responsibilities will be to:
Prepare and process loan related transaction requests by telephone and mail.
Proactively respond to members’ inquiries and requests using product knowledge and CBR reports.
Assist in completing forms and documents.
Resolve errors, member problems and/or complaints in a timely manner.
Open new membership and share accounts and cross sells products from the Xpress Application.
Assist in the training of new employees in the department.
Assist members in identifying loan products and follows loan application procedures.

Also, some of the qualifications required for the job are:
Ability to perform a variety of adjustments and calculations to verify and update/correct member’s accounts
Ability to work cooperatively and establish and maintain effective work relationships while performing duties.
Ability to quickly identify and resolve problems
Ability to perform duties accurately and timely, with frequent interruptions.
Ability to promote and maintain a positive image of the Credit Union to members and employees.
Ability to be bonded.
