Detail Leader/Guard Force Commander (DLGFC) - Afghanistan

All candidates should be willing and able to work in a high-threat environment and pass pre-deployment medical screening to include a Physical Training test.

Job Description
This position / labor category is staffed in accordance with the requirements described below:
Manage and direct guard operations on a day-to-day basis.
The DLGFC shall be designated as a Guard (G) in reference to the Section H, Deduct Clause.
The DLGFC is required to attend the PSS training course, as outlined in the contract. 
The DLGFC shall obtain weapons qualification as outlined in this contract, with the Glock, M4, Shotgun, M240, M249 and M203 and familiarization fire for the AK47.
This position / labor category shall be vetted and approved by the High Threat Protection Program Management Office.
The DLGFC vetted personnel are authorized to permanently fill the Labor Categories of the deputy detail leader/guard force supervisor or the PSS.
Plan, manage, and evaluate guard force operations.
Take direction from the assigned DS AIC.
Coordinate with PRS Leadership.

Must meet all of the below qualifications:
U.S. Citizen/TCN/LN, as specified in the Task Order
Level 3 English proficiency (see Exhibit A).
Seven (7) years experience in protective security assignments.
At least two (2) of these years must have been in a supervisory or in-charge capacity.
Experience can be gained in the employ of any Federal, State, Local or commercial entities providing high threat protective services that require skills similar to those outlined in Exhibit E (Training Curriculum) of the base contract.
