Candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of Automation Equipment within several U.S. Navy Fuel Storage facilities throughout the West Coast, Hawaii, and potentially periodic support in Japan. The incumbent for this position provides policy-level oversight, audit support and is the lead advisor on FAR compliance for the procurement and accountability of government furnished equipment.

Specific Duties:
•Program Property Administrator
•Develop and continuously improve a FAR 52.245.1 compliant government property system from acquisition to disposal.
•Interact with local and remote vendors for quotes and acquisitions.
•Conduct annual inventories for all property, evaluate program property management system, and produce reports on the findings for government audits.
•Refine and oversee standardized logistics processes, policies, and procedures in support of specified program and project objectives and requirements.
•Oversee and inspect the processes for the shipment and transportation of property to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
•Audit and perform regular inspections of activities, including those of the Subcontractor, to ensure strict compliance and to determine program property system improvements.
•Oversee reporting to include overall review of LDD, inventory, and property status documentation
•Ensure policies for the prompt identification and proper disposal of excess GFE/GFP/CAP (if applicable) per contract requirements and federal regulations when no longer required for contract services
•Ensure all GFE/GFP/CAP is properly marked or tagged and inventory, accountability, and control records are kept current.
•Conduct contract closeout activities to include final inventory and proper disposal of all GFE/GFP/CAP and prepare reports and/or briefings on the status and findings regarding both activities.
•Oversee optimal execution and continuous improvement of program-based logistics activities, operations, and processes.

Education:
•Bachelor’s Degree highly desired

Experience:
•A minimum of 15 years of military experience is desired
•Active TOP SECRET /SCI Security Clearance required
•Demonstrated experience in Property Management. NPMA CPPA certification (or other equivalent) highly desired
•Superlative oral and written communications skills, diplomacy, tact and the demonstrated ability to interact with and respond to senior leadership
•Ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams and with national-level agencies
•Must have a valid US Passport
•Deployment and operational experience in Afghanistan preferred
•Ability live and operate in an austere and hazardous environment
•Strong familiarity with the federal acquisition regulations, specifically property management control
•Thorough understanding of ITARs and ability to enact all compliance regulations

Specific Duties:
•Maintains records and control of property owned by company, vendors, contractors, and government agencies.
•Maintain, monitor, reconcile, and prepare of official accounting records to include general ledger control
•Conduct financial systems analysis and any oversight duties typically performed by related cost accounting organizations.
•Compile of financial data and estimates for budget formulation;

Progressive, employee-friendly OHS is seeking a full time, qualified Social Worker to provide mental health services to designated beneficiaries in a clinical setting in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
The Social Worker shall perform in accordance with established principles, practices and ethics of the Academy of Certified Social Workers (ACSW). The standards of performance for all employees provided by the Social Worker shall reflect the degree and care, skill and learning expected of a reasonably prudent healthcare provider in the Social Work profession. The Social Worker shall perform a full range of services on site, using furnished facilities, equipment and supplies to a variety of patients. All aspects of services shall be commensurate with the capabilities of the provider and the Medical Department including but not limited to the items listed below.

Job Duties:
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments utilizing clinical interview techniques, mental status examination, collection of history from collaborative sources, psychometric screening tools and psychological testing, laboratory and imaging studies, collaboration with other clinic staff and referrals, as needed for the purpose of determining an accurate Mental Health diagnosis and plan of treatment
Develop, review and implement Treatment Plans for care of behavioral health conditions, providing appropriate follow-up care, discharge plans, and transfers to other health care facilities (psychiatric units, residential care, nursing homes, rehabilitation hospitals, and other facilities) as indicated
Treat outpatients in individual, group, couples, and family modalities as appropriate, exercising professional judgment and using a range of clinical skills to include psychotherapy, education and recommendations for lifestyle/behavioral change
Make a health record entry for every patient
To the greatest extent possible, ensure the fitness of patients and attempt to learn of any circumstances which might adversely affect a patient’s ability
Within HIPAA confidentiality guidelines, maintain open and professional communications with other Clinic Healthcare staff and provide consultation services regarding mental health issues including diagnosis, condition, treatment plans, prognosis and fitness status
Provide appropriate and timely evaluation and management for problems as they occur in addition to providing regularly scheduled appointments.
Make appropriate referrals to specialists utilizing appropriate resources as directed by the clinic administrator.
Provide recommendations in writing regarding status and duration, for all patients under mental health care
Share responsibility for developing and implementing educational programs, training and referral resources which might improve the level of behavioral health and awareness within a defined community or area of responsibility
Monitor rates of mental health related behavior and resource utilization, such as psychiatric admissions, suicide behavior, family violence cases, substance abuse treatment and DUI's
Maintain an ongoing relationship with the patient for counseling and case management of patients with psychiatric disorders and arrange for referral is more specialized mental health services are indicated
Liaison and report to higher facility as required for patient's continuum of care
Work collaboratively with healthcare team in Primary Care
Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Social work from a school accredited by The Council of Social Work Education (CSWE)
Minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience (within the 5 years immediately preceding)
Current, full, active and unrestricted license to practice Social Work services in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia
Current Certification in the field of Social Work
Current BLS by the AHA, ARC, ASHI or ACEP Certification
No loss, reduction, restriction, or revocation of clinical privileges at any institution
No pending litigation for medical malpractice
No current or pending felony criminal charges
Physically capable of performing all Social Work responsibilities with reasonable accommodation
